The St. Thomas men’s hockey team ended its regular season with a 2-0 win against Augsburg Saturday at home. The team holds the top seed in the playoffs and will play on Feb. 25.
Men’s basketball clinches share of MIAC title with big win
Noah Kaiser and Will DeBerg each scored 14 points for the men’s basketball team as the Tommies dominated St Mary’s University 70-40 Saturday at home, clinching a share of the MIAC championship in the process.

Senior Ben Sathre was crowned the men’s cross country national champion in November 2011, and this winter, he has already broken a 27-year-old school record in the 3,000 meters.

After a 9-0 loss last weekend against Creighton University, the Tommies bounced back to defeat Southwest Minnesota State 9-0 at the Anderson Fieldhouse Saturday.
Men’s basketball shucks the Cobbers at home
The St. Thomas men’s basketball team defeated Concordia-Moorhead 62-54 Saturday at Schoenecker Arena. The Tommies clinched a conference playoff berth with the win and remained one game behind first-place Gustavus.
