St. Paul to ease recycling process for residents

In 2010, the average first-year retention rate for colleges in Minnesota was 77.8 percent, according to The National Center for Higher Education Management Systems.

On Thursday, Nov. 17 the St. Thomas Board of Trustees voted in favor of establishing St. Thomas’ first two-year college on its Minneapolis campus.

Rebranded orientation in full swing
