Impact Project bringing ice cream, puppies on campus for St. Thomas Mental Health Resource Fund

The Impact Project is bringing a MN Nice Cream food truck outside the St. Thomas arches Tuesday, Nov. 12 to raise money for the campus’ Mental Health Resource Fund. Reporter Rae Beaner has the story.
