PULSE is known for its hip hop dance performances, but this spring the performing arts club is adding a new twist: a show choir.
Senior Erika Jarnes, PULSE president, said that the club has tried to incorporate show choir performances in the past, but the plans have fallen through.
“I don’t know if it’s Glee or other show choirs that’s influencing PULSE, but a lot of people apparently like that (show choir performances),” Jarnes said.
PULSE will showcase their “Footloose” performance, which was choreographed by freshman Bjorn Saterbak, Friday, May 4. There will be performances at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
