A comprehensive search of Anderson Student Center, Facilities & Design Center, John Roach Center and O’Shaughnessy Science Hall found no suspicious objects.
On Sept. 17 at 11:58 a.m. Public Safety documented suspicious activity off campus. A St. Thomas student reported homophobic graffiti on 15th Street between LaSalle and Spruce Place in Minneapolis.
On Sept. 17 at 1:07 p.m. Public Safety documented theft on the 300 block of North Cleveland Avenue. A St. Thomas student reported a student identification card was stolen from inside a motor vehicle parked in the area.
On Sept. 17 at 3:18 p.m. Public Safety documented property damage in the Anderson Student Center Parking Garage. A St. Thomas employee reported the entrance gate arm was bent, yet still operational.
On Sept. 17 at 6:01 p.m. Public Safety documented a burglary on the 2100 block of Grand Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported forced entry of an apartment in the area.
On Sept. 17 at 6:04 p.m. Public Safety documented a burglary on the 1900 block of Iglehart Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported forced entry into an apartment in the area.
On Sept. 17 at 6:07 p.m. Public Safety documented a theft on the 200 block of Moore Street. The St. Paul Police Department reported a motor vehicle stolen from the area.
On Sept. 18 at 10:15 a.m. Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department medics responded to a medical on Summit Avenue. A St. Thomas student fell off a rental scooter and was transported to an area hospital for advanced medical care.
On Sept. 19 at 11:54 a.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police and Fire Departments responded to a tampering and theft from motor vehicle in LOT I. A person not affiliated with St. Thomas who was observed entering a vehicle in the area stole an item from inside, was trespassed from University property, and was transported to an area hospital for advanced medical care.
On Sept. 19 at 12:21 p.m. Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in 32 South Finn Street. A St. Thomas employee reported receiving a phone call from a person not affiliated with St. Thomas speaking unintelligibly about a recent campus event, among other things.
On Sept. 19 at 11:53 p.m. Public Safety and Residence Life responded to a fire system activation in Morrison Residence Hall. Responding officers reported an odor of marijuana and an underage intoxicated St. Thomas student who used a vaporizer pen to unlawfully smoke THC and set off a localized alarm in a room in the building, who subsequently was found to have unlawfully possess THC oil, marijuana wax, drug paraphernalia, and alcoholic beverages.
On Sept. 20 at 7:25 a.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a medical in Murray Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student fell from a bed in the building and cut and injured a leg.
On Sept. 20 at 11:09 a.m. Public Safety responded to a traffic collision in the R 2 level of the Morrison Hall parking garage. A vehicle operated by a St. Thomas employee unintentionally damaged University property when entering the facility.
On Sept. 20 at 9:33 p.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a medical in the O’Shaughnessy Stadium. Two intoxicated disorderly minor guests were arrested for disorderly conduct and unlawful consumption of alcoholic beverages.
On Sept. 21 at 12:14 a.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a liquor law violation. Two underage St. Thomas students and three underage guests unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages.
On Sept. 21 at 1:06 a.m. Public Safety responded to a medical in the LOT D drive aisle. An underage St. Thomas student found vomiting near the west entrance of Dowling Residence Hall unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages.
On Sept. 21 at 5:04 a.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police and Fire Departments responded to a welfare check in Morrison Hall. An underage intoxicated St. Thomas student who unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to an area hospital.
On Sept. 21 at 3:42 p.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a suspicious odor in 2175 Grand Avenue. A St. Thomas student unlawfully used marijuana, and an underage St. Thomas student unlawfully used marijuana, and unlawfully possessed a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, alcoholic beverages, and fictitious drivers licenses.
On Sept. 21 at 4:18 p.m. Public Safety documented property damage on the exterior of McPhail. Unintelligible graffiti was located on the southwest exterior of the building.
On Sept. 21 at 4:36 p.m. Public Safety documented a drug law violation in Flynn Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student unlawfully possessed THC oil.
On Sept. 21 at 9:27 p.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police and Fire Departments responded to a medical in Dowling Residence Hall. An underage intoxicated guest of a St. Thomas student intentionally damaged property in a room in the building and assaulted a caregiver.
On Sept. 22 at 12:28 a.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department assisted Residence Life with a liquor law violation in Morrison Hall. An underage St. Thomas student unlawfully possessed and consumed alcoholic beverages, four underage St. Thomas students unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages, and an underage guest who unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages and possessed a fictitious driver’s license became disorderly and was trespassed from University property.
On Sept. 22 at 12:38 a.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a liquor law violation in Cretin Residence Hall. An underage intoxicated St. Thomas student unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages and was assisted after having a panic attack, an underage intoxicated guest unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages, and two underage St. Thomas students and two underage guests unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages.
On Sept. 22 at 6:22 p.m. Public Safety documented theft on the 1900 block of Roblyn Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported an automobile stolen from the area.
On Sept. 23 at 7:10 a.m. Public Safety documented property damage in the 11th and Harmon Place ramp. A window on a vehicle owned by a St. Thomas employee vehicle was intentionally broken.
On Sept. 24 at 3:27 p.m. Public Safety responded to a traffic collision in LOT P. A St. Thomas employee backed into a vehicle owned by a St. Thomas student while driving a University vehicle.
On Sept. 25 5:44 p.m. Public Safety documented theft on the 1800 block of Sargent Avenue. The St. Paul Police Department reported an automobile stolen from the area.
On Sept. 26 2:45 p.m. Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department medics responded to a medical in the Lower Quad. A St. Thomas student reported chest pains near the Arches.
On Sept. 27 at 12:43 a.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police and Fire Departments responded to a medical in Brady Residence Hall. An underage intoxicated St. Thomas student unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages.
On Sept. 27 at 3:47 a.m. Public Safety responded to suspicious activity on campus. A St. Thomas student reported as suspiciously knocking on windows to 2175 Grand Avenue was locked out of the building, and an intoxicated underage St. Thomas student was found unconscious on a floor in the building.
On Sept. 27 at 8:45 a.m. Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Brady Educational Center. Unidentified equipment in a studio in the building was tampered with.
On Sept. 27 at 11:28 a.m. Public Safety responded to indecent conduct on Mikulay Plaza. An unidentified female exposed her breasts to pedestrians in the area.
On Sept. 27 at 4:45 p.m. Public Safety investigated a traffic collision in the R 2 level of the Morrison Hall garage. A vehicle parked and left in the area by a St. Thomas employee was struck by a vehicle operated by a St. Thomas student who failed to stop and provide information as required by law.
On Sept. 27 at 10:18 p.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a suspicious odor in Morrison Hall. The origin of the odor of marijuana odor was undetermined.

A bicyclist not affiliated with St. Thomas collided with a St. Thomas student pedestrian crossing the street against a red light, causing injuries requiring transportation to an area hospital.
On Sept. 30 at 9:09 p.m Public Safety documented theft on campus. A bicycle owned by a St. Thomas student locked to a bike rack between O’Shaughnessy Stadium and Anderson Student Center was stolen.
On Oct. 1 at 10:05 a.m. Public Safety documented suspicious activity on Harmon Place. A St. Thomas student reported a shuttle bus driver only asked for University identification from some riders.
On Oct. 1 at 1:36 p.m. Public Safety documented property damage on 11th Street. A brick was intentionally thrown through the window of a motor vehicle owned by a St. Thomas student and the inside was tampered with.
On Oct. 1 at 2:36 p.m. Public Safety responded to a welfare check in Terrance Murphy Hall . A small child was found in the area and reunited with parents.
On Oct. 1 at 5:54 p.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to suspicious activity at an area business near the intersection of Cleveland and Grand Avenues. A person not affiliated with St. Thomas who made lewd and threatening remarks to employees of the business was trespassed from University property.

A St. Thomas student unlawfully possessed THC crystals, THC wax, THC edibles, a small amount of green leafy marijuana, an unknown controlled substance in pill form, and drug paraphernalia, and an underage St. Thomas student unlawfully possessed alcoholic beverages.
On Oct. 3 at 3:24 p.m. Public Safety reported property damage in Anderson Student Center Parking Garage . A St. Thomas employee driving a University vehicle collided with a pillar, causing damage to the vehicle.
On Oct. 4 at 1:12 a.m. Public Safety, the St. Paul Police Department and Minnesota State Patrol responded to suspicious activity in LOT A . A vehicle operated by an unknown person fleeing law enforcement at a high rate of speed travelled recklessly through the area.
On Oct. 4 at 1:57 a.m. Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to a suspicious person in Flynn Residence Hall. An intoxicated underage suspect not affiliated with St. Thomas who unlawfully consumed alcoholic beverages and possessed a fictitious drivers license was found to be in violation of a University trespass notice and was issued an updated notice.
On Oct. 4 at 10:59 a.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a liquor law violation in Murray Residence Hall. Three underage St. Thomas students unlawfully possessing alcoholic beverages.
On Oct. 4 at 10:25 p.m. Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a suspicious odor in Ireland Residence Hall. An underage St. Thomas student unlawfully possessed alcoholic beverages, a fictitious driver’s license, and a small amount of marijuana, a St. Thomas student unlawfully possessed a small amount of marijuana, and an underage St. Thomas unlawfully possessed alcoholic beverages.
