Maybe you just finished your freshman year and passed by the various statues and sculptures on campus many times, wondering who they’re of. Or perhaps you have been around longer  but only have a vague idea of who that John Ireland guy is as you pass by his statue on the Lower Quad. Senior Photojournalist Rita Kovtun took pictures of various statues and sculptures around campus and dug deeper to find the stories behind them.
