On Feb. 13, 2013 at 12:02 p.m., Public Safety and the Saint Paul Police Department responded to a vehicle accident at Summit and Cleveland avenues. Two vehicles collided at the intersection, damaging the vehicles, but causing no injuries.
On Feb. 13, 2013 at 2:18 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical at John Roach Center. A St. Thomas student who suffered a seizure was transported by medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.
On Feb. 13, 2013 at 5:21 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a medical in Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. A St. Thomas student experiencing severe abdominal pain was transported by medics to an area hospital for further attention.
On Feb. 14, 2013 at 7:42 a.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center. A St. Thomas employee reported she observed an unidentified individual wandering around the 4th floor several times when arriving for work in the morning.
On Feb. 14, 2013 at 5:18 p.m., Public Safety documented a motor vehicle accident on the 2100 block of Summit Avenue. A St. Thomas student reported she caused minor damage to the bumper of a parked vehicle she struck while attempting to parallel park.
On Feb. 14, 2013 at 8:21 p.m., Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Morrison Hall. Three St. Thomas students were found in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia and a fourth underage student was found in possession of alcohol.
On Feb. 14, 2013 at 6:46 p.m., Public Safety documented a theft in Anderson Student Center. A St. Thomas student reported his unattended textbook was stolen from The View.
Between Feb. 4 and Feb. Feb. 15, 2013, Public Safety documented a theft outside of Brady Residence Hall. A St. Thomas students. Closed reported his secured bicycle was stolen from the east Brady bike rack.
On Feb. 15, 2013 at 2:39 p.m., Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in Koch Commons. Two intoxicated St. Thomas students were found in the Wellness Center after hours and a third student, who drove to campus to take them home, was found over the legal limit to drive.
On Feb. 15, 2013 at 1:21 p.m., Public Safety reported a suspicious odor in Brady Residence Hall. An odor of marijuana was detected in lower level landing of the west stairwell and related paraphernalia was recovered and secured as found property inventory.
On Feb. 15, 2013 at 10:24 p.m., Public Safety assisted Residence Life with a disturbance in John Paul II Residence Hall. A non-university affiliated individual, arguing with a St. Thomas student he was in a relationship with, was identified by officers and trespassed from campus.
On Feb. 15, 2013 at 11:23 p.m., Public Safety documented a medical in John Paul II Residence Hall. A St. Thomas employee reported he slipped and injured his ankle while working in the building, but did not require medical attention.
On Feb. 16, 2013 at 3:49 p.m., Public Safety assisted a student in Morrison Residence Hall. The student asked to file a written statement regarding a previous conduct violation incident he had been involved in.
On Feb. 16, 2013 at 6:40 p.m., Public Safety and the St. Paul Police Department responded to suspicious activity on the 2100 block of Grand Avenue. The key core to a student’s residence was determined to be malfunctioning, but not as a result of an attempted burglary.
On Feb. 16, 2013 at 9:44 p.m., Public Safety assisted a St. Thomas parent in Flynn Residence Hall. The parent’s student, who the parent was trying to contact, was determined to be on a St. Thomas sponsored retreat off campus.
On Feb. 17, 2013 at 12:39 p.m., Public Safety responded to an odor of marijuana in Koch Commons. An underage St. Thomas student, who also admitted to recently smoking marijuana, was found to have consumed alcohol.
On Feb. 17, 2013 at 1:51 a.m., Public Safety responded to a liquor law violation in Koch Commons. An underage St. Thomas student consumed alcohol, and second underage intoxicated student who fought with officers was arrested by the St. Paul Police Department.
On Feb. 17, 2013 at 2:10 a.m., Public Safety responded to a medical in Morrison R1 Ramp. A St. Thomas employee who injured his hand working in the building was assisted by officer and declined further medical attention.
On Feb. 17, 2013 at 6:34 p.m., Public Safety documented suspicious activity in Morrison Hall. A St. Thomas employee reported a concern regarding email communication he received from a second employee over a professional matter.
On Feb. 18, 2013 at 4:37 a.m., Public Safety responded to a suspicious person in Flynn Residence Hall. An unidentified individual, who accessed the Flynn lobby and was asking a St. Thomas student suspicious questions, could not be located upon officers’ search of the area.
On Feb. 18, 2013 at 4:16 p.m., Public Safety responded to a trespass outside of Terrence Murphy Hall. An unidentified individual, previously involved in documented suspicious activity on campus, was escorted off campus and advised he would be arrested if he returned.
On Feb. 19, 2013 at 11:59 p.m., Public Safety responded to suspicious activity in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center. A non-university affiliated individual sleeping on the fourth floor was identified by officers and escorted off campus.
On Feb. 19, 2013 at 6:50 p.m., Public Safety reported a policy violation on the Lot B drive aisle. A St. Thomas student shouting obscenities at staff was identified by officers.
On Feb. 19, 2013 at 12:15 a.m., Public Safety documented a burglary in Brady Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student reported his iPhone was taken from his unsecured residence.
On Feb. 21, 2013 at 10:14 p.m., Public Safety and Residence Life responded to an odor of marijuana in Brady Residence Hall. A St. Thomas student was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana, related paraphernalia and a fraudulent ID card.
On Feb. 20, 2013 at 10:42 p.m., Public Safety and St. Paul Fire Department Medics responded to a liquor law violation in Brady Residence Hall. A severely intoxicated underage St. Thomas student was transported by medics to an area hospital for further medical attention.
