St. Thomas sports were busy this weekend with playoff contention and the beginning of winter seasons.

Cobbers win big against Knights, face Tommies next
Sophomore quarterback Griffin Neal threw three touchdowns and rushed for two touchdowns in the Cobbers’ 51-27 victory over the Knights Saturday in Moorhead, Minn. Neal tallied 257 passing yards and 41 rushing yards in the win.

Football game plan for next season: a night game
