But senior and longtime St. Thomas stage presence Steve Broszko continued his hobby, accepting a job as theater director at his former high school.

Graduation ceremonies moving to off-campus sites
Commencement ceremonies for this year’s seniors have been pushed off-campus due to construction on the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. Students graduating in December will attend the ceremony at the RiverCentre and those graduating in May will do so at the Metrodome.
Weekly Trayless Tuesdays? Not so fast
This week students who dined in the cafeterias on campus had an opportunity to show some love for the environment by participating in Trayless Tuesday. But will Trayless Tuesdays continue to be a weekly event for St. Thomas?
“Not at this time,” said Director of Dining Services Todd Empanger.
Athletic complex to open two months earlier
Opus Corporation, the construction company, moved the demolition date of nearby O’Shaughnessy Hall to the beginning of March instead of at the end of the school year in May.

A St. Thomas health official said the number of reported H1N1 cases at St. Thomas has reached 277. Although its arrival date is still not set, the vaccine may arrive on campus around Thanksgiving.
