Thursday football charter full; second plane unavailable
A 162-person University of St. Thomas football fan charter, expected to leave mid-Thursday morning, is sold out, Vice President for University and Government Relations Doug Hennes said. A second fan charter could not be arranged, he said.

Student found dead in on-campus apartment
St. Thomas junior Mark Langdon, 22, was found dead in his room Friday, Dec. 7, according to Director of Residence Life Aaron Macke.

More than 2,000 people are gathering at Pearl Harbor on Friday to mark the 71st anniversary of the Japanese attack that killed thousands of people and launched the United States into World War II.
Survey asks juniors to vote on 2014 commencement location
St. Thomas’ Class of 2014 is the largest to date with 1,539 students. However, with graduation only a year away, size is an issue for planning commencement, especially if it rains.
