The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday an arrest and charge against St. Thomas student Ray Ghansham Persaud, 20, for hoax bomb threats against the university over the last six months, including the Sept. 17 incident.
Intercampus shuttle changes schedule citing rush hour
St. Thomas announced a schedule change for its intercampus shuttle due to traffic and road construction. The shuttle used to travel every 20 minutes, but will now make the trip every 30 minutes instead.
