St. Thomas alumnus Phil Esten was announced as the new vice president and athletics director of the university. Esten starts in January and will take over the position from Steve Fritz, who announced his retirement earlier this semester.
Allianz Field to host 89th Tommie-Johnnie football game
St. Thomas and Minnesota United FC announced Tuesday that next year’s Tommie-Johnnie football game will be held at Allianz Field. The game will be the first-ever American football match held at the soon-to-be-completed stadium.
