MIAC sports roundup, St. Thomas teams prepare for important weekend

Several St. Thomas teams are preparing for important away games this weekend. The women’s basketball team will compete in the Sweet 16 in Chicago, and some track and field athletes will head to nationals in Grinnell, Iowa.

St. Thomas Chamber Singers will perform a piece a Mexican composer Jorge Cozatl wrote for the choir’s March 9 and 10 concert at Orchestra Hall. He has been working with the choir since October on a piece title “Pasar la Vida.” Listen to the song here.

Senior creates job with service-based software

Junior Jesse Stock’s passion for bowling has turned into a new Bowling Club at St. Thomas. It officially started last semester, with its first and only meeting over January term.

St. Thomas students find their beat; start business
