Freshmen students in Ireland and Dowling halls are returning their bed lofts on May 11 so they do not disrupt others studying for finals and can move out 24 hours after their last final.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison implemented new rules for Saturday’s Mifflin Street Block Party that discourage out-of-state students from attending. The new rules have been created in hopes of avoiding the out-of-control activity seen at last year’s event.
With three new concentrations in the justice and peace studies department, the program plans to put St. Thomas students steps ahead of other universities’ majors.
