Senior Alex Frank dominated in singles and doubles Sunday afternoon as the St. Thomas women’s tennis team defeated visiting St. Cloud State 7-2.
Frank, who played No. 1 singles and doubles, used solid ground strokes and good net play to defeat her opponent 6-3, 6-2.
Men’s hockey playoff bound after 7-2 Bethel victory

Hannon’s career-high point performance helps St. Thomas defeat Bethel 82-72
Led by junior Tommy Hannon’s career-high 23 points, the eighth-ranked St. Thomas men’s basketball team defeated Bethel 82-72 at home Saturday afternoon, holding off a late surge by the Royals.
Hannon was virtually unstoppable throughout the game, shooting 6-8 from the field and 11-15 from the free throw line.
Booth leads women’s basketball to 62-60 win over Macalester
Senior Rachel Booth’s season-high 18 points and nine rebounds gave the St. Thomas women’s basketball team an edge as it survived a late-game scare to defeat Macalester at home 62-60.
