USG amends constitution, stricter rules on club funding
The Undergraduate Student Government amended its constitution Sunday. The amendment, which was presented at the USG meeting last Sunday, more explicitly states what clubs cannot use club budget funding for.

Students have mixed feelings about early Yuletide carols

University looks at other spots for courts, neighbors still concerned
Doug Hennes, vice president for university relations, said in a Tuesday night West Summit Neighborhood Advisory Committee meeting that the university is considering other locations for new tennis courts, in addition to the originally proposed site behind Brady Educational Center.
Volleyball prepares for regional finals held at St. Thomas
St. Thomas will host the NCAA Division III volleyball regional finals Friday and Saturday in the new Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex, and St. Thomas will also play in the tournament.

A look back at the Tommie Award, university now accepting nominations
St. Thomas is now accepting applications for the 2011 Tommie Award, an award with a long history dating back 80 years to 1931. The prestigious award is given to a St. Thomas senior based on his or her leadership, service and scholarship with the university.
