St. Thomas softball swept St. Catherine University in 4-2 and 9-3 wins. This clinched them the regular season MIAC Championship and secured them top seed for the upcoming MIAC tournament, which they will host.

St. Thomas track and field had several season bests at the Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa.

Eric Douville had a personal best of 10.66 seconds in the 100 meter dash and Nick Spann had a season best of 23 feet and one-half inches in the long jump.

The women’s 4X400 relay team had their best time of the season, moving them to 14th place in national division III rankings.

St. Thomas women’s basketball coach Ruth Sinn was selected as one of three coaches for the U-16 women’s national team last Wednesday. This will be Sinn’s first time coaching a national team.
